Compliance reviews were performed by Federal and State personnel on passenger carriers in fiscal year 2010. Passenger carriers were those carriers who registered to transport passengers and had at least 1 passenger vehicle (motorcoach, school bus, van, mini-bus, or limousine) at the time of the review. Compliance reviews were identified as those reviews among the following types: Compliance Review, Compliance Review and Security Contact Review, and Compliance Review and Cargo Tank Facility Review.
