Safety audits were performed by Federal and State personnel on passenger carriers in the last 5 fiscal years. Passenger carriers were those carriers who registered to transport passengers and had at least 1 passenger vehicle (motorcoach, school bus, van, mini-bus, or limousine) at the time of the safety audit.
