DataQs - A system to record and monitor data challenges to motor carrier data.
FMCSA recommends that all motor carriers periodically verify the accuracy of their SafeStat data. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has introduced a new system, DataQs, for filing concerns about Federal and State data released to the public.
 
Crash, Inspection, or Moving Violation Information
Motor Carriers can request corrections by using the new DataQs system or for non-participating states by contacting the state directly (non-participating states: BC, ZA, ZB, ON, PR, VI).
 
Compliance Review or Enforcement Information
Motor Carriers can request corrections by using the new DataQs system.
 
Motor Carrier Information
Motor Carriers can update their demographic information (name, address, power units, etc.) by filing an updated MCS-150 form.
